Have you ever been tasked with onboarding a new product or service under a tight deadline? Does usage of your services suffer because you struggle with marketing on a budget? Last year the VCU IT Support Center was tasked with launching Lynda.com for usage by the greater VCU community. Join us at our presentation which will discuss our project timeline and milestones, including the development and launch of the application, highlighting our successes and roadblocks, and sharing our tips on guerilla style marketing to spread the word about our new service.
